Christy Williams joined ThompsonRose as
General Manager in 2003. She has over a decade of broad-based business
management, operations and staffing experience, along with specialized
financial services expertise. Throughout her career, Christy’s
commitment to outstanding customer service has resulted in successful
placements of both contract and direct hire accounting and finance
professionals in the greater San Diego community.
Christy has earned a reputation for cultivating
strategic client partnerships. She carefully assesses each client’s
needs in order to make a placement that is both a technical and
cultural fit. She maintains close contact with both the client and
the consultant to ensure ongoing satisfaction among all parties.
This service-oriented approach is a hallmark of all ThompsonRose
placements and is the reason the firm has become the preferred source
for interim financial professionals in San Diego.
Christy’s passion for the service
industry led her to a management role with the world’s third
largest staffing company where she worked for five years primarily
in San Diego. In this role, she developed a keen understanding of
the needs and challenges facing hiring managers on a daily basis,
and the concomitant importance of building long-term professional
relationships.
After graduating from San Diego State University,
Christy spent the first five years of her career working for the
largest rental car company in North America specifically catering
to the needs of their corporate clients, which included mid-sized
to Fortune 500 companies.
Christy is expanding the ‘Circle of
Influence,’ a collaboration between San Diego’s leading
service providers that promotes mutually beneficial quality referrals
and professional development opportunities for leaders in the region’s
business and financial community.
